FEES

Fees are negotiable and depend upon the complexity of the assignment.

The fee is never related to the value of the property.

Typical Fees (negotiable)

List Price Appraisal: $250.

1004 (URAR) Report: $375.

Manufactured Home: $425.

Additional Costs

Travel outside of area: $50.

Rent Survey or Operating Income Statement: $100.

Method of payment

COD at the time of the inspection or payment must be received prior to
delivery of the report, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Quick Turn-Around Time

I work by myself, and, therefore, can make and keep promises concerning
turn-around time.  Quite often I can get the report to you the day after the inspection,
however, I do call the listing agents of the comparable properties and sometimes do
not hear back from them for a day or two.  This can delay the completion of the report.
My reports are accurate, reliable and unbiased.  Each appraisal is submitted to you
by e-mail, as a PDF file.
