1) Send me your Excel Formated MLS Data, I'll run it through the 1004 MC 4B program and send you the results (1004 MC plus two graphs). Cost $10.

2) Send me the neighborhood parameters for the subject property for properties covered by Northern California MetroList or Nevada Co. Paragon and I'll run it through the 1004 MC 4B program and send you the results (1004 MC plus two graphs). Cost $15.

3) Send me the neighborhood parameters for the subject property for properties covered by Northern California MetroList or Nevada Co. Paragon and I'll run it through the 1004 MC 5A program and send you the results (1004 MC plus about 20 charts and graphs). Cost $20.
